- Application references
This is my own personal application → app:// reference list. I wish that [1Password](https://1password.com/) would maintain a list like this.
| Vendor | Application | URL | Works? | | ------------ | ----------- | --- | ---- | | Avid | [Link](https://www.avid.com/products/avid-link) | app://com.avid.link | Rogue Amoeba | [Loopback](https://rogueamoeba.com/loopback/) | app://com.rogueamoeba.loopback | No | Waves | [Central](https://www.waves.com/downloads/central) | app://com.wavesaudio.central
- Finding references
My method for determining the right link is as follows.
1. Open the **macOS Console** app. 2. Enter a search term (e.g., "waves" for "Waves Central"). 3. Start streaming. 4. Open the app. 5. Look for a line that matches a domain name in reverse (e.g., "com.wavesaudio.central" for "Waves Central").
If the search term was too specific, I try without one, which means sifting through more logs.
